I was interviewed by Anisha Vasani from Bridelux. We discussed the lack of Government support for the Events and Catering Industry. It was a head of my day in Parliament Square. We had a small protest – but we got noticed. One of the things I loved about it was connecting with other people in the industry – especially caterers.
